At Focallure, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Focallure, you may return the unused portion for exchange or refund.

If you think your product arrived damaged, you must report it within 24 hours to our support hero’s so we can investigate the case and send you a brand new product.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also can not accept products for skin uses as those products need to keep under certain condition (temperature) and must be kept in a cold condition away from heat. Between those products the Cosmetics (Skincare Items, Masks, Serums are included and more.) for more info please contact our customer services to see if the product is eligible for return. In case it won’t be eligible, but you still unsatisfied with the product you purchase.

Refunds (applicable after investigation)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
